    The job functions may include, but not limited to, Accounting, Reporting and Compliance functions for the Mortgage Loan and Real Estate Investments, including Affordable Housing Tax Credit Investments supporting CVS Health's social initiative. Quarterly reconciliation of the Real Estate Partnership portfolio for both Statutory and GAAP Accounting bases. Investment-related reporting functions for Actual net investment income and realized capital gain/(loss) monthly results, creating NII and invested asset estimates for Forecasts, Budgets (Operating Plans) and Strategic Plans by investment portfolio. Prepare internal and external reports, footnotes published in the CVS Health 10-Qs/K. Assist in performing daily IW production in a timely accurate and complete manner. Ensure key customers' needs are met. Work with IT to maintain IW data accuracy. Assist in preparing Investment Operations center actual expense results.
    
    Required Qualifications
    2 or more years of prior relevant Real Estate Accounting and/or Accounting and/or Finance experience, inclusive of internships.

    Excel
    MRI
    Oracle
    
    Education
    Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
