seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Global Atlantic's Operations
Finance team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be supporting
month-end/quarter-end close activities, financial reporting,
internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and assisting in
identifying and realizing efficiencies. The role will have
responsibilities in both administrative and project related
expenses. This position will track and ensure the accuracy of
operating expenses between Global Atlantic and our vendors. The
financial responsibilities include maintaining expense models,
processing monthly invoices for accuracy and payment, forecasting
expenses, and verifying adherence to the terms of any contractual
agreements. Responsibilities:
- Ownership and maintenance of project financial models
- Provide oversight and quality control of vendor administrative
expense models handled by contractors including monthly accruals,
invoice processing, and forecasting
- Coordinating with business partners, including senior
leadership, to forecast project expenses
- Validate and process complex invoices to ensure accuracy and
reconciliation to financial forecasts
- Build and maintain vendor administrative expense models as
needed
- Perform periodic audits of vendors to ensure compliance with
contractual agreements
- Support the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc presentations
to senior management
- Forecast project financials for monthly accruals, quarterly
reforecasts, and annual planning
- Execute and present cost benefit analysis for business
partnersQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
data manipulation (pivot tables and charting tools)
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organization and
time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a rapidly
changing environment
- Strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, and
accountability
- Desires and thrives in a high pressure and fast-paced
environment which requires the prioritization of tasks
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work
independently with partners throughout the company
