best work.SMThe Senior Enrollment/Quality Audit Representative will
be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the
Enrollment & Employer Installation division. The Representative
performs audits and provides feedback to diminish errors and
advance processes and performance. When you work in Operations at

Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to
work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business
hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business
need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Training will be
conducted virtually from your home.*All Telecommuters will be
required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter
Policy.Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute audits on enrollment forms submitted by customers
- Analyze, identify trends, and provide reports as necessary
- Create, maintain and track reports in relation to
performance
- Complete quality review of new and changed benefit plans and
set-up for accuracy
- Document work performed and audit results based on
pre-determined standards and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher)
- 4+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving
customer problems
- 2+ years of enrollment experience
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (create spreadsheets,
v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applicationsPreferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Auditing experienceTelecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)

$17.12 - $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $18.80 - $33.41. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
