DescriptionPosition is HybridSummary

• Reserved for Treasury Management experienced colleagues actively managing complex clients in a specialty area including Corporate Banking, MidCorp, Healthcare, Franchise, and other Specialty segments.
• Develops, manages and maintains profitable and quality treasury management relationships with the largest and most robust customers.
• Partner with nationally located Relationship Managers to drive revenue for customers and prospects by delivering in-depth knowledge of specialized Treasury Management services.
• Provides financial counseling related to account structures, collections, disbursements and payments to commercial banking customers.
• Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements. Responsibilities include:
  • Identifies Treasury Management sales opportunities through consultative, needs-based selling with both prospects and clients.
  • Assists in the development and delivery of a marketing plan.
  • Carries out market, portfolio, and deepening strategies while identifying cross-sell opportunities for other lines of business through a strong partnership with Relationship Bankers.
  • Maintains strong industry knowledge, staying current on competitor offerings, and provides market and competitor feedback to ensure competitiveness.
  • Some travel requiredBasic Qualifications
    • A minimum of 5 years in Treasury Management
    • Bachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:
      • Advanced sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
      • Knowledge of bank products and continual development of product expertise.
      • CTP designation is strongly preferred.
      • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
      • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
      • Strong organizational details with attention to detail.
