Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for managing the Cross Enterprise Strategic Initiatives staffing models for data consolidation and process improvement for both financial forecasts and monthly close, in addition to partnering with the CESI finance leaders. Specific responsibilities will include:-Have a comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting with 3 - 5 years of experience-Own and develop membership-based staffing models for various functions and products, drive efficient staffing increases with business growth. Identify and measure key productivity metrics needed to measure appropriate staffing levels and create efficiencies around collecting data. Identify KPIs for productivity metrics and reflect in staffing models to identify-Participate on staffing model work groups. Collaborate with various business partners and incorporate feedback in staffing models.-Ability to collaborate with other associates on the team and provide clear direction on deliverables-Own the monthly membership eligibility process and reporting. This will require ability to research and problem solve when results vary from expectations. Work with business owners to develop and confirm algorithms for eligibility reporting and streamline process.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
