us! Job Description: This job is responsible for serving as a
solution expert and advisor for Business Banking clients within a
market to maximize credit results. Key responsibilities include
identifying and analyzing market opportunities to offer/deepen
credit with clients and prospects, and advising Relationship
Managers (RMs) on credit solutions by providing extensive general
industry knowledge, credit expertise, product and process
management, sales, and client experience support. The Market
Solutions Advisor will join client meetings with the market RMs and
MEs, participate in client management process routines focused on
driving responsible loan growth and partner with the RM and the
credit team closing the deal with the regional and centralized
credit partners. Responsibilities: Helps market identify unmet
credit needs and strategic opportunities, to drive increased credit
production Key liaison with Business Banking (BB) Market Leadership
helping to develop and drive credit strategy Assists RMs with
credit prospect identification, review and prioritization (Top
5-10), as well as joint sales calls Reviews credit progress and
production success against business plan with BB Market Executives
and BB Sales Performance Support Executives, measuring through
growth and pipeline reports Educates and coaches the market on
credit solutions and growth opportunities, help with pre-screen,
deal development, and reviews CEF Maintains routines and partners
closely with regional and centralized credit managers, and credit
specialists (SBA, ABL, GovCon, Equipment Finance, Rates, etc.)
Demonstrates a commitment to Responsible Growth and credit risk
appetite Required Qualifications: 5 Years of Commercial Credit and
Sales experience with effective client facing sales skills Proven
track record of executing credit sales strategies that contribute
to balance sheet growth Ability to communicate effectively
throughout the organization and build strong relationships among
Relationship Managers, Risk, Credit Partners, Product Partners and
Leadership Strong decision making skills coupled with the ability
to communicate rationalization of loan decisions both in verbal and
written form Strong understanding of the end-to-end credit process
Understanding of various specialized credit solutions, and industry
specializations along with established partner relationships
Attention to detail, accuracy and overall data quality Ability to
lead effectively and develop and implement strategy, specifically
related to credit growth. Established internal and external network
for self-sourcing new credit opportunities. Desired Qualifications:
BA/BS degree desired; Finance, Accounting or Economics majors are
preferred. Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED
/ Secondary School or equivalent Skills: Business Acumen

$200,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
