Description: The Division Business Analyst is responsible for
providing business metric and program analysis, report management,
and project support at several different levels. A strong candidate
will possess a diverse skill set including advanced and
confidential administrative support functions. This role is
responsible for overseeing various policies, programs, and
initiatives, thinking strategically, and performing in a proactive
manner with limited supervision. The position often relieves
management of administrative details; gathers, compiles, and
reports information relevant to the department; and requires strong
analytical skills and the ability to interpret multiple sets of
data from various sources. Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage
multiple and sometimes competing priorities. The role communicates
with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant
information. It may involve high?level client contact and exposure
to sensitive information, requiring considerable tact, diplomacy,
and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills are
essential, along with thorough knowledge of a variety of software
programs including, but not limited to, advanced Excel and
PowerPoint. The position also requires the individual to build and
maintain relationships with field management and work closely with
other organizations within the LOB. Responsibilities: Supports
Division leadership through comprehensive operational management,
reporting, real estate coordination, and presentation development.
Plays an important part in supporting the execution of key
Divisional priorities. This includes coordinating across leadership
teams, synthesizing data and insights, and helping translate
strategic objectives into actionable work. Partners closely with
Division leaders on priority initiatives, providing follow?up,
tracking progress, and supporting the operational components needed
to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Provides broader
business support through analytics, planning, and day?to?day
management of processes critical to the Division’s ongoing strategy
and execution. Required Qualifications: 3 years professional or
relevant experience Strong client service & technical skills
(Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote) Ability to manipulate large
data sets to tell a story Detail oriented and able to work in a
team environment Strong communication, time management, and
organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Undergraduate degree
or equivalent experience Prior knowledge of financial products,
policies, and procedures Experience supporting a senior?level
manager within the financial services field Knowledge of wealth
management tools Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma
/ GED / Secondary School or equivalent Internal employees who are

TOWER (NY1100) Pay and benefits information Pay range $70,000.00 -
$100,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual
