Office Services provides general office and administrative support to the Office Manager and Executive Assistants. - The Office Assistant team member will perform general office work, including back-office assistance, mail room, paper and supply stocking and overall organization. - Must be a great team player and have an interest in chipping in where needed.

CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity and we are seeking an Office Assistant -to join our -Office Services Team in our Hartford Location.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Sorts, distributes and routes incoming and outgoing mail; Assists with delivery of certified mail
Operates manual and electrical mailing equipment
Daily maintenance of copiers and printers, including toner, paper supplies and scheduling service as needed
General office supply and toner purchasing and inventory
Stocking of water and coffee in conference rooms and kitchenette areas; Training room, conference room set up and general office cleaning
General administration work such as operate copy/scanner, prep work for scanning and, print and bind projects, as needed.
Supports courier requests, reliable transportation needed.
Assists with ordering and stocking of office supplies, business cards, letter head and break room supplies as needed.
Facilitates outside service personnel/skill labor (e.g. locksmiths, furniture repair, painters, and move vendors) as required.
Assists with internal and external office moves as needed, Routinely move, transport and install heavy items throughout the office (up to 50 lbs)
Assists with facilitating office events and helping with set-up and break down of conference rooms and training rooms as needed.
Maintains neat and organized on-site storage closets, cabinets, etc.
Provides staffing outside of normal business hours as needed for special projects, supervision of vendor work, security needs, busy season coverage, etc.
Updates floor plans and name plates as needed
Runs errands (may include walking) and perform other duties as assigned.
Other Skills:
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Must be able to multi task and be a team player
Willing to work as an effective member of a team, but capable of working independently
Ability to lift of heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.); move boxes, files cabinets and furniture
Technical skills to use applications to order supplies and ability to work with outside vendors
Knowledge of document imaging/scanning hardware and software
Computer and data entry skills required for copy/scanner operations and time and billing entry
Experience with MS Office and documentation creation software; such as Adobe Acrobat
Positive and organized approach to work are essential, needs to be reliable and dependable
Demonstrated ability in prioritizing workload, and being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible - Must be able to work overtime when necessary; especially during Busy Season - mid-February thru mid-April also a week/end in mid-September and a week/end in mid-October
