Become an Access Champion and join us on our journey to YES!Job DescriptionPerforms multi-dimensional administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of the Access Center leadership staff and its subsidiaries. Acts as the main greeter and organizer of the Access Center. Composes correspondence, arranges and reschedules calendars for Access Center Leadership as needed, managing inventory for various staffing needs, works with lean management to ensure inventory controls and best practices, participates in leadership meetings for clerical needs and manages other administrative activities. Participate in activities dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and information. Coordinate and enter requisitions/purchase orders into PeopleSoft or related system. Maintain contact list for all staff, locker assignments, seat assignments, computer assignments, administrative templates and share point.
QualificationsAssociates Degree or experience in lieu of education required. Two years previous administration/secretarial experience. Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer. Good communications skills. Microsoft office proficient. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. 5+ Years Relevant Work experience preferred.We take great care of careers.
