Our client, a highly reputable investment firm based in Midtown East, is looking for an Executive Assistant to help assist a Principal, Group Head and a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of applicable experience with a fast-paced style. The successful candidate will be resourceful, have the ability to multi-task with ease and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and take on any responsibilities assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain very high-volume, ever-changing calendars and schedules for two executives Organize and coordinate meetings Set complex travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including itineraries and full logistics Process expense reports Coordinate internal and external events with high profile attendees Light phone management: screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments Inbox management: assisting with timely responses and drafting correspondence as needed Prepare and manage documents Provide light back-up to other administrative staff when needed Ad hoc projects, special assignments as requested, including client-facing work REQUIREMENTS 5 plus years of prior administrative experience ideally with support to senior level executives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of office procedures and keen attention to detail Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, must be highly skilled in use of Microsoft Outlook Must be a self-starter and proactive; as well as punctual, dependable and discrete Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Must have a flexible attitude Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced setting with a high degree of accuracy Strong communication and prioritizing skills required Bachelor's degree preferred SALARY $90-$100K (DOE) Discretionary Bonus Opportunity Great Benefits/Perks HOURS 8am-5pm flexibility if needed IND1
