Engagements span across any Salesforce cloud product or solution, and often include multi-cloud implementations. Our Solution Architects and Solution Consultant lead consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on strategies. They serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their clients business to deliver customer ROI.\n\n \n\nWe have a variety of functional roles open on our Strategic Projects team, send us your resume, and we will follow up with you, if your profile aligns with the required skills / experience.\n\n \n\nSolution Architects are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. Functional Architects contribute with thought leadership and best practices - both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace - and advocate for change across the organization.\n\n \n\nSolutioConsultants are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. Senior Functional Consultants contribute to thought leadership and best practices, both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace.\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\n\n \n\nMarketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications desired\n\n \n\nSalesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud foundational knowledge highly desired\n\n \n\nSales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications desired\n\n \n\nExperience configuring Email Studio (including Contact Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder) required\n\n \n\nExperience configuring additional Marketing Cloud functionality (Audience Builder, Advertising Studio, Audience Studio)\n\n \n\nExperience with the Sales/Service Cloud to Marketing Cloud connector desired\n\n \n\nExperience with diagramming software required (LucidCharts, Visio, etc)\n\n \n\nReal Time Interaction Management (RTIM) foundational knowledge desired\n\n \n\nFamiliarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript\n\n \n\nFamiliarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques\n\n \n\nFamiliarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO and data encryption\n\n \n\nExperience in the interactive marketing industry desired\n\n \n\nStrong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
