In person activities may occur periodically based on business need.The Credit Card Marketing Center of Excellence team is responsible for credit card marketing efforts throughout the credit card lifecycle, which includes acquisition, onboarding and account management marketing efforts. This Marketing Specialist, Sr. - Credit Card position will be responsible for delivering this customer experience through marketing programs supporting PNC consumer and business credit cards.Responsibilities include overall marketing campaign management - independently supervising, managing and assisting in the development and execution of direct and digital marketing programs. This includes developing a communications plan, partnering with agencies, creative development, review and approval, drafting internal communications, sales collateral development and inventory management, obtaining required approvals, campaign deployment, budget management and post campaign reporting.We are seeking an individual who has a strong passion for marketing. The right individual will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and have a focus on executing marketing campaigns flawlessly.

  • This candidate will ideally have experience with one-to-one, digital and traditional marketing channels and understand how these can work together to reach consumers in the most relevant and effective ways.
  • Being detail-oriented and having strong project and time management skills is also key. Attention to detail is critical to maintaining campaign integrity and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills are a must as this position will act as a liaison to agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf. This individual will be required to set and manage expectations with team members and partners in an effective way.
  • The candidate with work closely with marketing strategy and product partners to manage the budget effectively and within forecast projections for the projects they manage. They will also serve as the coordinator for the credit card marketing center of excellence team budget, ensuring ongoing budget-related tasks are completed on time.
  • Providing regular performance reporting, understanding results and the ability to interpret findings and learnings are key to improving campaign performance.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation and communications skills will aid in showcasing the campaign results achieved, highlighting accomplishments and keeping senior leadership informed.
  • Knowledge of PNC credit card and the associated regulations is preferred.
  • This role will, from time to time, help support other (consumer lending) marketing initiatives.Job Description

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
