Milady, a part of Cengage Group, is seeking a Marketing Operations
Specialist to join the team. This role will own marketing
operations, including project management, lead/CRM workflows, and
CRM reporting.
What you'll do here:
Ensure that operations run smoothly
Upkeep training materials, document processes, communicate changes
to and train the team
Work closely with Sales/Implementation teams on lead management
process in Salesforce CRM, including build-out and technical setup
of the workflows
Provide first-line support to internal CRM users and surface
potential issues with CRM data/permissions
Collaborate with the technology team to build a business case,
request, monitor, QA change requests, and communicate them to the
team
Perform weekly and monthly reporting on CRM KPIs
Use project management software to create, schedule, monitor, and
follow-up on individual tasks and projects
Run regular status meetings to call-out priority projects, inform
others what's coming up and what should be prioritized
Assist with the campaign segmentation/list management; other tasks
that help reach departmental goals
Required skills/knowledge/experience:
Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
field
2+ years of marketing operations experience
Process documentation, creation of taxonomies
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot (Account Engagement)
Understanding of various marketing deliverables and lifecycles of
new product launches
Positive, "can-do" approach and proven problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong organizational and communication skills, interpersonal
savvy
Desire to learn new skills and apply new knowledge to reach
personal growth and team objectives
Preferred skills:
Formal project management experience
Ability to read/modify HTML5 code

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range has been provided for this position.
Individual base pay will vary based on qualifications, experience,
internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often
incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond
this base pay range.
$55,500.00 - $88,800.00 USD
