Client Details This well-established custom home builder has been a leader in the Greater Boston luxury residential market for over 35 years. With a team of 45 professionals across office and field roles, the company is known for its uncompromising quality, strong client relationships, and dedication to craftsmanship. They specialize in high-end ground-up homes and major renovations, with projects typically ranging from $2M to $15M. Their work spans across the North Shore, Weston/Wellesley, South Shore, and select locations in Rhode Island and Cape Cod. Rather than chasing volume, they selectively pursue projects based on architectural quality and team fit. Description Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations on-site for custom residential builds and renovations Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules and quality standards are met Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and consultants Ensure the highest level of site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Profile Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will have 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction Background with large-scale homes ($5M preferred) Experience with well-known luxury builders is strongly preferred Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Willingness to travel to project sites in the North Shore , Wellesley/Weston , and occasionally South Shore Job Offer Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will receive Base salary up to $125,000 , depending on experience Vehicle allowance and gas card Annual performance bonus 401(k), PTO , and a strong benefits package Long-term role with clear growth path and leadership support MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
