training for this opportunity! \n The Regional Vacuum Utility
Representative will be responsible for providing services of
approved waste streams at CC customer locations. This position
operates a Vacuum Truck and works frequently with hoses, waste
storage units, trenches, and sub-terrain holding chambers. \n Note:
Attendance is required at the branch for the duration of the
standard work week. Weekly schedules are at the discretion of the
Regional Manager. \n Specific Duties: \n \n Responsible for
engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is
consistent with all HCC safety guidelines \n Responsible for
customer service and in a certain geographic area as assigned by
the Company \n Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel
time \n Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation \n
Provides service to customers by vacuuming approved waste streams
from customer container units into truck. \n Complete all required
paperwork accurately and neatly. \n Maintains compliance with all
applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. \n \n
Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not
limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources,
facility, equipment, operations and maintenance \n \n Performs
other related duties as assigned \n \n Position Qualification

functions. \n Core Competencies and Specific Skills: \n \n Strong
communication skills and attention to detail \n Ability to interact
with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate
departments \n Ability to operate equipment such as mobile phone,
scanners, computers, etc. \n Weekly travel required \n Ability to
maintain valid Class “B” CDL license and all required endorsements
\n \n Work Experience: \n \n Minimum 1-year CC route sales
experience preferred \n \n Education, Certificates, Licenses, or
Designations: \n \n High School diploma or equivalent required \n
Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and
Tanker Endorsement, HAZMAT preferred \n Motor vehicle record (MVR)
that meets or exceeds HCC’s published standards including, but not
limited to the following: \n \n Seat belt and cell phone violations
\n Excessive speeding \n DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle
collisions \n \n \n Personal Protective Equipment*: \n \n Ability
to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a
respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses,
reflective vest, and hard hats \n \n Physical Requirements*: \n \n
Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs \n
Handling a vacuum truck and working with hoses (10-55lbs each),
waste storage units, and more to manage approved waste streams \n
Frequent climbing ladders, handle manhole covers and storage tanks
to access wastes as needed \n All applicants must pass the company
paid physical exam including substance abuse screening \n \n \n \n
Work Environment*: \n While performing essential duties of this
position an individual regularly works in a variety of
environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand,
walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and
other office equipment. Essential duties require bending,
squatting, climbing, lifting and twisting frequently. Noise levels
in the workplace can vary based upon the work environment.

average annual earning potential for this position is $50,000 -
$75,000, and includes benefits such as the following: \n \n Health,

compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary
plus commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on
performance and location and may fall outside of the range
shown.
