Customer Service Trainee High school diploma or GED equivalent
required. 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in
retail, hospitality, customer service, demonstrating a natural
aptitude for communication and helping others. Excellent verbal
communication and active listening skills, with the ability to
clearly explain information and empathize with customer needs.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing basic
issues and finding practical, customer-focused solutions.
Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor, especially when
assisting customers with service inquiries or concerns. Highly
organized and detail-oriented, able to manage customer interactions
and documentation accurately. A positive attitude and a genuine
desire to provide outstanding customer experiences. Reliable and
punctual, with a consistent commitment to attendance and adherence
to daily schedules for field engagements. Proficiency in using
mobile devices or tablets for customer interaction logging and
accessing support resources. Reliable transportation, a valid
driver's license, and current auto insurance are mandatory, as
daily travel within the Providence, RI metropolitan area to
residential customer locations is a core requirement. Ability to
stand and walk for extended periods, as the role involves active
