strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional verbal communication and
active listening skills, with a natural ability to engage and build
rapport with diverse individuals. Highly personable, enthusiastic,
and approachable, with a genuine desire to connect with people in
the community. Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable initiating
conversations and working independently in a field-based
environment. Reliable and punctual, with a consistent commitment to
attendance and adherence to daily outreach schedules. Strong
organizational skills for managing materials and logging
interactions effectively. Proficiency in using mobile devices or
tablets for logging activities and accessing information. Daily
travel within the Providence metro area to community locations
requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and
current auto insurance. Ability to stand and walk for extended
