Job Description:
A well-established healthcare organization in Andover, MA is
seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its growing team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position paying $24/hour, with
hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is 100%
in-office in Boston. The company, which operates a national
pharmacy service for injured individuals, is expanding its newly
formed customer service division and offers a dynamic work
environment with opportunities for growth. Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and facilities
using pharmacy services Manage inbound and outbound calls with
professionalism and empathy Resolve patient concerns in real-time
by coordinating across internal teams Educate patients on their
medication regimen and delivery process Track and follow up on
delivery statuses to prevent medication access disruptions Ensure
compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations Document all
interactions and resolutions thoroughly Contribute to patient
satisfaction initiatives and service improvement efforts Candidate
Qualifications: Experience in customer service, preferably in a
call center or healthcare setting Strong communication skills and
the ability to multitask effectively Familiarity with CRM systems,
softphones, and call center tools Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare
data privacy standards Tech-savvy, organized, and able to remain
calm under pressure Passion for helping others and contributing to
patient care outcomes Qualified and interested candidates are
