In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for
client’s valued customers, providing exceptional support and
ensuring their telecom needs are met. If you thrive on

hear from you! Key Responsibilities of a Direct Customer Service
Representative: Respond to customer inquiries in-person in a
professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information
regarding our client's services, billing, and promotions. Resolve
customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively,
escalating complex problems when necessary. Process service
requests, account updates, and new customer enrollments. Maintain
detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
Educate customers on telecom tips and available programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience. Qualifications to be a Direct Customer Service
Representative: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in
a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications or
utility sector. Proven ability to handle difficult customer
interactions with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency in CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible
hours, including some evenings and weekends.
