"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a professional and
customer-focused Call Center Representative for a 14-week contract
assignment in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong
communication skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
(facility requirement), and prior call center experience. This role
involves handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a
high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Schedule Details 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Primary Shift) 40 hours per
week 5 days per week Flexibility to work 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM as
needed Some Saturdays required (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Key
Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing customer service
calls Address inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and
timely manner Provide service-related or technical support as
required Accurately document all customer interactions in internal
systems Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and
professionalism Complete additional duties as assigned Required
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) High School Diploma or
GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent active
listening and interpersonal skills Effective problem-solving
abilities Comfortable handling high call volumes Proficient with
