An education company is in need of a Remote Education Customer
Experience Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Manage the team's performance against our KPIs
Utilize data and feedback to drive the team in a clear, strategic
direction
Serve as key stakeholder in ensuring department representation
Required Skills:
5 years experience in service and/or operations focused roles
Previous experience in successfully hiring, building and managing
high functioning teams
Ability to represent as the leader of this piece of the
organization
Deep understanding of how people, structure, tools, and culture
drive a team's success
