Job Summary:
Provides a full range of varied, multi-skilled administrative support to CESI Operations under general direction that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment, and confidentiality to ensure that the needs of the internal and external customer are met. Reports to CESI Operations Account Manager.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Provides excellent customer services to CESI clients and customers, internal and external. Responds to general program inquiries in a timely and professional manner, through phone and email. Provides professional concierge services to our clients, such as food ordering and set up/clean up, coordinating transportation, partnering with hotels for room blocks and discounts, and assisting with logistics.
    • Provides efficient, accurate and timely administrative support to contribute to the success of CESI. Responsibilities include the preparation and generation of varied reports, monthly billing, maintaining schedules, processing payments, ordering supplies, customer support, and working with the CESI team to ensure seamless and successful client programs.
      • Works with CESI team to proactively ensure program logistics and details are clearly communicated and tracked in customer relationship platform and the CESI Scheduler. Schedules meetings and appointments for CESI Management Team.
        • Schedules and coordinates all CESI tours, including hands on high school tours, VIP customer tours and new physician tours.
          • Supports general CESI operations as needed.

            Qualifications:

            • High School Diploma
            • 2 years' experience in a professional setting
            • Excellent keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer.
            • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management Platforms.
            • Excellent organizational skills.
            • Good time management and prioritization skills.
            • Works well with a team but also independently. We take great care of careers.
