As a Workday Talent/Recruiting Lead, your primary responsibilities
may include:
Lead or support the Talent/Recruiting workstream on a Workday
implementation project.---
Support the creation of workplans for large complex global
engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship,
etc.------
Researching and resolving day to day Workday Talent/Recruiting
issues---
Work with client to support the new requirements for
Talent/Recruiting in Workday---
Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement
changes---
Provide support for regular and special Talent/Recruiting processes
in Workday---
Provide support Talent/Recruiting activities like posting, bank
transfer and pay checks in Workday---
Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday---
Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end
activities in Workday---
Manage small on and---off-shore---functional teams---
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and
mitigations to meet client/functional requirements---
Architect Workday Talent/Recruiting solutions to ensure that all
work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are
considered and mitigated---
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.---
Demonstrate design options---through the use
of---prototyping.---
Understand and apply Workday and
Accenture------methodologies.---
Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them
apprised of overall project status.---
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve
project objectives---
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading
methods and assets------
Job Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification
Minimum of2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr.
Consultant, or similar level role
Minimum of 2 years of Workday Talent/Recruiting Implementations
Ability to travel up to 80% required by business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work
experience.
Bonus points if you have:
Minimum of 3 years of HCM related implementations
Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes---
Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations

factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific
office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As
required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of
compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY,
California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth
below.

California $63,200 to $169,800
Colorado $63,200 to $146,700
New York - Albany $58,500 to $135,800
New York City $73,100 to $169,800
Washington $67,300 to $156,200
