Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school-based position is
available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide
direct 1:1 behavioral support to a high school student in
Pawtucket, RI. This full-time contract role runs from ASAP through
June 15, 2026, with a regular schedule of 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM,
including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized behavior intervention services following established
plans Support student learning and social-emotional growth
throughout the school day Collect and document data on student
progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, behavior
specialists, and other staff to ensure consistent implementation of
behavioral strategies Maintain confidentiality and adhere to
professional ethical standards Qualifications: Valid Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience
working in school settings preferred Strong communication and data
collection skills Ability to work effectively 1:1 with students in
a classroom environment Location: Based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island
