Cloud platform Ticket handling systems Handle support tickets raised by customersHandle L1 Level Supports calls Deployment and troubleshooting of various Cloud resources including network security group, storage, File Share, Cloud VM Database Backup and Restoration., Cloud Active Directory, VPN Gateway etc. Basic L1 Level Understanding on IIS and MS SQL Database Performing Windows Linux Basic OS level troubleshooting analyzing Application and Security Logs Performing OS Level system patch updates as per best practice Configuring and Managing Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) - troubleshooting remote assistance Work Locations Base Locations Hartford, CT Cary, NC Frisco, TX Project Locations Client locations across United States on Short- or Long-term assignment.
