    --- Design high-performance health care data processing frameworks leveraging cloud and/or on-premise data platform leveraging Spark, PySpark and other ETL tools.
    --- Oversee the technical deployment and running of the Attribution Rules Engine including all required technical changes needed for UDP compliance, efficiency, scalability and stabilization.
    --- Lead on implementation of new Attribution components and enhancements as needed. There are continual small enhancements and large scale projects moving through this application.
    --- Collaborate with the Attribution business on efficiences, QA strategies and other improvements.
    --- Work with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and proof of concepts for data solutions and implementing complex data integration projects.
    --- working in a fluid environment, defining and owning priorities that adapt to our larger goals. You can bring clarity to ambiguity while remaining open-minded to new information that might change your mind.
    
    Required Qualifications
    --- 8+ years' experience in a Data/IT engineering role with ability to mentor team members
    --- 6+ years' of hands-on experience in building solution architecture, design or development of enterprise Data applications and integration
    --- 5+ years' experience working with "big data" technologies and any one of the cloud platforms (such as, GCP, Azure or AWS) as well as experience with traditional RDBMS (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, DB2).
    --- 5+ years' experience in NoSQL databases and close familiarity with technologies/languages such as Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, Python/R, Scala and Java.
    --- 5+ years' experience with UNIX Shell Scripting and SQL
    --- 5+ years' experience working with data platforms (data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS) and understanding of analytics and how it is leveraged within the healthcare industry
    --- 3+ years of experience working on healthcare domain data.
    --- 2+ years' experience working with tools to automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GIT, Control-M)
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    --- 5+ years' experience managing cross functional initiatives communicating effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members
    --- 5+ years' experience using big data / Hadoop technologies including HQL, Python, PySpark.
    --- 3+ years' experience with Health care data
    
    Education
    --- Required: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Statistics.
    --- Preferred: Master's degrees in one of fields above
