  • Full-timeCompany DescriptionJob DescriptionTHERMAL ENGINEERING LEADEast Hartford, CTEXP 5-7 yrsDEG BachRELOBONUSTRAVELJob Description.Essential Job Functions:--- Build and develop a team to execute Heat Transfer analysis out of East Hartford, CT--- Use computational tools to perform thermal and CFD analysis for gas turbine components and turbomachinery for our customer in East Hartford, CTo Geometry and mesh preparationo Model setup and analysis--- Manage projects using defined project management practices--- Set up and monitor analysis runs--- Post-process and prepare high-quality presentations of results--- Prepare and present reports on findings--- Document all work according to customer requirements--- Interface with internal and customer technical points of contact throughout the duration of the assigned tasks--- Interact with engineering customers to understand and realize new opportunitiesSecondary Job Functions:We often challenge our team members to temporarily work outside the scope of their primary job functions to broaden their skills and help the organization.
