Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Flutter Engineer to develop
mobile applications and guide a remote team in best practices and
technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a distributed remote team
Take full ownership of the codebase, ensuring high quality and
stability
Establish and enforce best practices for code quality and review
processes
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant work experience, including programming with
Flutter in Dart
Leadership experience guiding engineers through complex technical
challenges
Experience with software architecture paradigms and design
patterns
Experience with agile software development processes
Experience with multiple native development platforms, such as iOS
or Android
