Leader , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of
bridges and structures that millions rely on every day. This is

you’ll oversee inspections, document structural conditions, and
deliver detailed reports using agency-approved tools. You’ll
collaborate closely with an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) and guide
junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Your
leadership will help shape the future of infrastructure safety.
What You’ll Do Lead inspections of bridges and related structures,
ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare clear, comprehensive
condition reports using agency-provided software. Coordinate with
your ATL to keep projects on schedule. Mentor and develop junior
team members. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors,
and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Strong written and
verbal communication skills—you can turn technical findings into
clear, actionable reports. A commitment to quality and adherence to
technical standards. Recent experience with bridge inspections for
agencies like NYSDOT, TBTA, Port Authority of NY & NJ, NYSTA,
NJDOT, or similar. Qualifications NYS or NJ Professional Engineer
(PE) license (with ability to transfer between states). Completion
of NHI Bridge Safety Inspection Course or NYSDOT Bridge Inspection
Workshop. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a work

out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $110000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Competitive salary,
