Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Life Cycle
Engineering (LCE) department is seeking a Principal Logistics Lead
to oversee the processing of maintenance and supply data for
fielded radar facilities using the Automated Logistics Control
System (ALCS). Life Cycle Engineering ensures that our products are
safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time. LCE spans
multiple disciplines that support engineering, program offices, and
customers. These disciplines cover the entire product lifecycle,
from conception to deactivation, with a focus on product support,
including reliability, system safety, and supportability. What You
Will Do Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and
gather user and business requirements to update applications and
processes. Maintain accurate data related to maintenance events,
equipment configuration, and supply. Provide support in developing
maintenance engineering and logistics support. Analyze technical
data and reports to determine spares and support equipment
provisioning requirements. Travel up to 75% (domestic and
international) to site facilities to provide support and coverage
for onsite logisticians. Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant
experience. Experience with logistics or system maintenance support
of technical hardware and / or software in a military or civilian
environment. Experience with Automated Logistics Control Systems
(ALCS) or similar applications for supply and maintenance tracking.
Qualifications We Prefer Experience Isolating problems and
initiating results in a timely manner. Experience generating
deliverable documents, planning activities including developing and
performing presentations to the customer. Experience working
independently within a broad scope of authority and with minimal
supervision. Understanding of the logistics process in providing
field support. Mid-level training in Microsoft Office Suite,
including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. Ability to
coordinate and interface effectively at all, levels of the
organization, across a multi-contractor and government team.
Ability to research complex customer problems and provide
technical, process and / or training resources, including
networking, database management and software requirements. Ability
to provide domestic and international on-site support as needed.

who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This
includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are
essential to the development of our products. As part of our

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
