--- Oversee all agents of the local sales team, providing
accountability, support, and guidance
--- Hire, train, and coach all local agents
--- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
--- Lead generate for new clients daily
--- Lead all aspects of transactions from initial contact to
contract to close
--- Lead sales team
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will
maintain or exceed:
--- Lead the mission and vision of the original production business
to ensure team buy-in

--- Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for

--- 1-3 years of Real Estate sales experience required
