Design network solutions using networks within business and operational guardrailsDesign network configurations utilizing network participation criteriaDocuments configuration specificationsResponsible for understanding and translating requestor's (Market/Client/Product/Sales/Vendor) need/intent using operational capabilities & guardrailsModels data using toolsets available to configure design activityProduce network artifacts that represent the full solution design packageResponsible for ensuring accuracy of provider data quality during implementationCommunicates effectively with multiple audiencesMonitor network solution performance and convene partners to resolve trends and issuesAssess performance of active networks to identify potential improvement opportunitiesIdentify and remove barriers that slow or prevent successful market implementationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferredSix Sigma training also valuedBasic understanding of Boolean algebraExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsUnderstanding of Provider Data and networks is highly valuedProven ability to listen, understand and interpret information from others; to combine and reconcile information from a variety of sources (i.e. qualitative, quantitative, etc.)Focused and versatile team playerAbility to set direction and approachTakes ownership of overall processes while holding others accountable for their responsibilities in the processAbility to execute with limited information and ambiguityUnderstanding of Cigna Products, systems and structures needed to support the products is valuedAbility to develop relationships across all levels of the organizationResults focused with a high degree of curiosity, intelligence, integrity and common business sense.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand.Competencies:Business Insight, Drives Results, Persuades, Manages Complexity, Organizational SavvyAbout CignaCigna Corporation (NYSE: CI) is a global health service company dedicated to improving the health, well-being and peace of mind of those we serve.
