it.Target Openings1Job Description SummaryAs the head of Executive
Support Services, you will be responsible for engineering,
deploying, and maintaining critical end user, collaboration,
conferencing, and communications technology and platforms in
support of the Travelers Senior Leadership Team. This hands-on
leader will lead a team required to support multiple technologies,
provide timely and data driven analysis and response to problems
and issues and effectively communicate and collaborate across
Infrastructure & Cloud Services and Technology & Operations.The
ideal candidate will bring to bear the following attributes:- The

resolution options to diverse audiences- Ability to partner and

Job Duties & Responsibilities* Provides engineering and support for
multiple productivity and communication technologies to the senior
leadership team with speed and world class customer service* Ensure
communication and collaboration platform reliability and
performance during board meetings and executive events * Create
service offerings that deliver reliable and high performing
device/laptop/tablet/mobile experience with minimal disruption to
the user* In alignment with the broader Infrastructure & Cloud
Services strategy, research and evaluate new technologies and
service delivery models that continue to improve the customer
experience* Plans and manages Executive Support Services
financial/budgetary goals and personnel roles/responsibilities
along with individual and team performance* Ensures team compliance
with technology standards, policies, and governance* Facilitates
the coordination of resolution of complex topics. May interact with
vendors and handle escalations* Responsible for communicating
status, strategic direction, and results of assigned work.*
Provides human resources management, including coaching,
performance management, team development and growth, and workforce
planning* Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications* Minimum
of 5 years of progressive work experience in the technology space
and 4 years people management experience required. Education, Work
Experience, & Knowledge* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
and/or 7 years of infrastructure related technical support
required* Ability to maintain the confidentiality of
sensitive/proprietary information and documentation, demonstrating
outstanding discretion and judgment.* Outstanding decision-making,
problem-solving, organization, prioritization, teambuilding,
conflict management and time management skills Job Specific
Technical Skills & CompetenciesTechnical knowledge:* Subject matter
expert with strong working knowledge of: Windows operating systems,
Microsoft 365, Skype for Business, Teams, Cisco VPN, Citrix,
Workspace One AirWatch, Nexthink, iOS, Mac, Android, Polycom, Zoom,
and audio/visual broadcasting* Demonstrates a thorough
understanding of cyber security and networking best practices and
protocols* Possesses strong analytical skills in order to
effectively influence recommendations and decision-making, assess
impacts, compare solutions, problem solve, and achieve business
and/or technical objectives* Excellent verbal and written
communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of
various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management,
individual contributors* Strong presentation skills used to
influence decision-making* Able to actively engage with customers
and business partners to solve problems and ensures products and
services are utilized effectively and efficiently* Flexible and
