Location Virtual, US Category Project Management Posted Date: 02/11/2021 Job Id 21001471 This position is responsible for the testing of system changes as it relates to claim processing, fee schedule updates and contract modifications within the QNXT system. This position may be involved in day to day work as it relates to creating and executing test cases and on large scale initiatives such as setup for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Core Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation and conduct of user acceptance testing of new or modified information systems
  • Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised UAT procedures and processes
  • Assists in the preparation and conduct of UAT reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts
  • Participates in the review of UAT procedures and processes and the development of UAT metrics for assessing the quality delivered systems
  • Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified business systems
  • Assists in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server)
  • Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised QA procedures and processes
  • Assists in the preparation and conduct of QA reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts
  • Participates in the review of QA procedures and processes and the development of QA metrics for assessing the quality delivered application software or systems
  • Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified QA software
  • Requires a broad knowledge experience with automated testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques Minimum Qualifications:
    • Two or more years of related business or healthcare experience.
    • Candidate should have strong claim processing understanding, and advanced knowledge of health care coding, fee schedules and reimbursement methodologies
    • QNXT experience required
    • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Prior configuration experience is preferred
    • Medicaid/Medicare eligibility and benefits experience is preferred
    • Claims coding experience is preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience required
    • Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio
    • Strong, clear, concise, and analytical written and oral communication skills
    • Requires a broad knowledge experience with automated testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
