      The Application Development- Senior Manager is responsible for collaborating with business leads, and IT teams to facilitate the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with IT teams across the enterprise, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Key responsibilities include :-
      - Responsible for facilitation of creating roadmap to align to business needs for a product or service
      - Interface to the business sponsors, leads and other IT teams
      - Partners with product team, architects, IT leads and support teams to define capabilities and features for program EPICs
      - Accountable to finances
      - Interacts with Delivery channel needs to ensure end to end delivery oversight
      - Escalate issues and risks impacting delivery of business roadmap
      - Multiple programs for: Intake, Scope prioritization, ROI/EBIT assessment, Lean Business case preparation and end-to-end Program planning, status, change and risk management, execution
      - Represent Product strategic issues with Senior Managers cross-functionally. Ensures integration of product strategy within company/business unit strategic and operational plans
      - Communicates and consults with Senior Management to ensure that product initiatives focus on long term results/ earnings and represent all constituencies effectively (e.g. segments, consumers, providers)
      - Interfacing with business - Portfolio, Program and Delivery Teams, Product Managers/Owners
      - To work with Business and IT leadership to devise 12-18 month road-map, strategy and solution, technology blue-print and milestones guided by OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
      - Discovery enablement - capture & document system impacts, feasibility/costs (build/buy decisions)
      - Defining Themes, Epics, Capabilities, Features, Architecture for programs in scope
      - Partnering with Product Mgmt/Architects/IT Leads to align the work items
      - Participating in Architecture reviews and feature prioritization.
      - Providing a quarterly Epic-Feature delivery plan
      - Accountable for financials across programs and due budget adherence
      - Providing weekly update on overall progress & health of programs
      - Program Increment (PI) - planning, coordination, support, consultation, and tracking
      - Coordinating work with other Portfolio-Program Groups and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and other development teams to deliver product/service/solution
      - Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Proof of Concept (PoC), Pilot Coordination, Planning & Execution to determine Portfolio/Program next best actions & investment calibration
      - Managing multiple programs considering integration across all Business-IT domains & areas
      - Applying all principles of Portfolio, Program and Project Management - Strategic Planning, Program-Project Milestone Planning, scheduling and tracking
      - Bottom-line for resource plans with Portfolio, Domain & Organization Leads
      - Proactively ascertaining new Scope Intake, Change requests, Risks, Issues (CRI) and record aptly for sharing with Higher Management, Sponsor and Portfolio-Program stake holders
      - Making sure that Portfolio & Program testing strategy has accounted for required testing (Integration, QA, User Acceptance, Performance, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, End to End etc.)
      - Accountable for internal and vendor quality testing windows as well in overall program plans
      - Coordinating with procurement, security and infrastructure as necessary to enable timely enablement
      - Coordinating with Senior Management, Data Governance and multiple Domain IT-Business Units to understand their needs and set program priorities to meet the same

      Required Qualifications
      - 10+ years of experience working in Global Delivery Model with multi-Org, multi-Vendor teams, Agile Release Trains and managing, delivering multi-million USD, concurrent programs

      Preferred Qualifications
      - 2+ years experience working in scaled Agile environment as RTE or Product Manager with a minimum of 5 teams.
      - 4+ years experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
      - Experience with launching Agile Release Trains
      - Superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external customers-including presentations, negotiations, and written reports
      - Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining view on the strategic direction and being as detailed as needed. Willing and able to get down in the details to make things happen
      - Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding schedule constraints and technically challenging programs
      - SAFE/Agile Experience
      - Hands-on Portfolio & Program/Project and related technical experience
      - Bachelor's Engineering degree required, preferably in: Computer Science or Electronics

      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
