  • Increase revenue and membership for UnitedHealthcare's TPA business segment
  • Sell TPA products through the UHC sales channel
  • Support continuing development and expansion of UHC distribution channel and be accountable for achieving TPA sales targets in assigned territory via new business and add on sales
  • Ability to quickly develop outstanding relationships with UHC sales team as their key partner in TPA sales
  • Ability to interface with Health Plan CEO's and Market VP's, and present strategic solutions for the market
  • Introduce TPA offerings in each market & broker community in concert with UHC overall sales strategies and tactics
  • Expert knowledge of TPA products sold in the market and the ability to clearly differentiate product offerings
  • Raise awareness of TPA offerings within the UHC sales organization in the assigned territory
  • Develop TPA business strategies into clear objectives and tactics in each market.
  • Leverage cross selling opportunities
  • Support introduction of new products into distribution channels

    • Sales experience with self-funded clients in the insurance industry
    • Demonstrated ability to understand, develop and present strategies within healthcare benefits market
    • Adept at understanding complex concepts and situations presented by the business environment
    • Successful sales achievement, ability to represent the organization professionally and drive desired sales growth in a profitable, repeatable mannerPreferred Qualifications:
      • 5+ years in TPA / Stop Loss / ASO sales
      • Excellent communication skills, ability to present, write and converse effectively with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication
