ICF Jobs Senior Director Brand & Digital Services - REMOTE A fast-growing consulting and technology services company, ICF works with its clients to advance purpose-driven projects that make the world a more prosperous and resilient place. We're hiring a Senior DirectorofBrand & Digital Services to help grow the company's brand and enhance its visibility in the markets we serve. - The Senior Director will be a member of the company's marketing leadership team and manage the company's brand strategy, web/digital strategy, and creative services delivery group . Lead ing an integrated team of brand strategists, web managers , digital producers and creatives, the Senior Director will be responsible for advancing the ICF brand through a variety of dynamic programs and campaigns showcasing the company's industry-leading , mission-driven work . Guiding the production of a broad array of digital and creative assets, t he Senior Director w ill enhance and grow the company's brand through earned, owned and paid channels and campaigns . In this role, you'll focus on the following: -

  • Help define the company's brand strategy and activation approach at the enterprise and go-to-market levels. -
  • Partner with business and corporate marketing teams to help devise and execute campaigns to raise the company's awareness and engagement with potential clients, current clients, partners and industry stakeholders. -
  • Own and direct the company's strategy for website production and evolution, working closely with business and content development teams to ensure a proactive and compelling approach to positioning the company's offerings and services. -
  • Manage and grow an integrated team of web/digital development producers including internal staff, UX and web development agency teams, and off-shore web development and design resources. -
    • Oversee an innovative creative services team responsible for delivering corporate and campaign assets including flagship branded content pieces, dynamic content and infographics, digital, video, and print content pieces, corporate reports, white papers & more.
    • Ensure a robust focus on digital campaign supports - including search, intent, personalization and more - to provide maximum support to marketing campaigns , capture and business development activities. -
    • Lead ICF's product marketing strategy, including governing the creation of new sub-brands for products, solutions and services; facilitating name-storming and brand development sessions and workshops , and developing go-to-market strategies and campaigns . -
    • Ensure a consistent and high-quality look and feel for ICF's brand across a variety of internal and external channels. Manage the company's brand through delivery, governance, training, enablement and support.
    • Help ensure, working with ICF's content team, a strong and consistent editorial voice across brand, digital and creative channels. -
      • Project manage key strategic marketing programs and campaigns as needed. - What you'll need---
        • 10-15 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments. -
        • Ability to work directly with executives, senior leaders and stakeholders to set expectations and manage programs, maximize events and collaborations, and provide ongoing strategic counsel.
          • Proven leadership skills with the ability to grow a team by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback and leading by example. -
          • Proven ability to work across teams/divisions/departments to get things done. -
          • Editorial, messaging or content marketing experience - the ability to help shape messaging and positioning - preferred. -
          • Corporate marketing and/or digital marketing agency experience preferred.
          • Experience working wit h, and getting the most out of, marketers, agencies, copywriters, designers, subject matter experts and clients/stakeholders.
            • Experience with digital, web production and creative design workflow and process.
            • Experience with product strategy, product marketing and/or solution marketing helpful.
            • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute. -
            • Experience with Microsoft Sitecore, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics or similar platforms helpful.
