Working hours: Includes evening and weekend hours

Broad Functions: Plans, directs, and manages all aspects of the Annual Fund as well as The Bushnell's signature fundraising event, Ovations. Manages a five-person operations team to support the efforts of the fundraisers and meet the needs of the Development Department. Annual Fund Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate an aggressive annual fund program leveraging support from current donors, patrons, and prospects via a multi-channel, data-drive approach that is not limited to direct mail, email telefunding, and special campaigns. Create a comprehensive strategic annual plan - based on data - to meet or exceed the annual fund goal. Provides leadership to acquire, re-activate, retain and upgrade annual donors with a focus on expanding the base of support, growing retention rates, and increasing the pipeline for major donors. Maintain and understand annual giving reporting to analyze trends to drive planning of fundraising efforts. Collaborate with Customer Relationship Management/Marketing to analyze donor and patron information and to interpret statistical data to effectively inform strategies that will maximize gifts to The Bushnell. Identify and research prospects for increased annual fund giving. Collaborate with Customer Relationship Management/Marketing to create effective messaging and design of Development materials. And coordinate the timing of mail/email/social media/telefunding campaigns with the overall institutional calendar. Maximize fundraising results by staying current with state-of-the-art annual fund trends. Develop and monitor the annual fund budget, implementing cost controls, annual forecasts, and long-term projections. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Raiser's Edge - gift processing and acknowledgment letters, list generation, pledge reminders, tax receipts, database maintenance, special event RSVPs, update of constituent records, etc. Oversee the fulfillment of donor benefits (individual and corporate) to provide exceptional donor experiences. Events: Recruit and manage the gala committee and work closely with Bushnell colleagues to execute a successful event. Work with Marketing to develop the theme for the gala. Focus on all revenue-generating aspects of the gala - tickets, sponsorships, and auctions (live and silent) Manage ongoing cultivation events each season. Perform other duties as required. Education and/or Experience: Must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in direct fundraising. Position Title: Covid Compliance Officer (Part-Time)
Reports To: Assistant Manager, Public Safety
FLSA status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Shift: Various Evenings & Weekends, some weekdays

Broad Functions:
The role of our COVID Compliance Officer is to ensure the safety and compliance of everyone working or attending performances/special events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Specific duties and responsibilities of the COVID Compliance Officer may include, but are not limited to overseeing & monitoring the following: Maintain current knowledge of COVID-19 process, and best practices for prevention and response Monitor COVID-19 protocols throughout the shift to ensure social distancing, where possible, and PPE protocols are in place & followed Enforcement of the COVID-19 Protocols for specific productions, events and miscellaneous occurrences, as needed When applicable, dispensing at-home testing kits, collecting test results and compiling data Follow HIPPA & ADA guidelines/regulations while handling confidential information obtained from workers Support implementation to changes in COVID-19 safety policies based on updates to union, local, or federal guidelines Education and/or Experience:
Must have Covid Compliance Offer training or be willing to receive the training paid for by The Bushnell. Experience in performing arts or entertainment a plus

Situational: Ideal candidate has current CPR, AED, First Aid Training or willing to receive the training Must be able to lift up to, and including, 30 pounds
