improvements is critical for success. Workforce Intelligence's
unique AI powered service identifies and prioritizes improvement
opportunities for our clients and drives radiation of Pega
products. We design, develop, deploy, support, and operate the
Workforce Intelligence SaaS offering. Workforce Intelligence
analyses employee desktop activity to surface actionable insights.
These insights allow our clients to better manage their teams,
drive out operational inefficiencies, and find opportunities to
automate repetitive task occurring on the desktop. We use robots to
collect and transmit the desktop activity to our cloud. AI is
applied to determine the best opportunities for improvements. We
offer specific recommendations to the business, which include
automation opportunities, process improvements, technology
refreshes, and coaching. These recommendations are typically
solutioned through the sale, implementation, and radiation of Pega
products like Intelligent Automation, Robotics, Customer Service,
etc. We are on a mission to evolve beyond just providing insights,

brands.**What You'll Do at Pega:****Scrum Product Owner
responsibilities**+ Work as a Product Owner as part of our Agile
Scrum development methodology where you will partner with product
development to communicate product requirements and determine
viable development strategies, deliverables, and release dates+
Work directly with Product Designers, and Engineers to assist in
the design and development of new differentiated features while
maintaining a rich product backlog for your product
area.**Competitive analysis & market research**+ Apply research
based on data, customers, and competition to facilitate rapid
experimentation around new concepts and create a framework for
prioritizing difficult product choices+ Work with junior product
managers and product analysts in driving research and evaluating
innovative approaches to solving similar problems, remaining
current on all relevant technologies**Product evangelism**+ Present
currently available features and product strategy to customers,
partners, industry analysts, and other company departments via
speaking engagements, webinars and customer visits**Coordination
and Collaboration**+ Coordinate with other product managers with
the product area to execute on cohesive product vision**Innovation,
Strategy and Product Roadmap**+ Work with Product area leaders in
defining product vision and strategy.+ Identify areas of innovation
and work with product analysts, and associate product managers in
driving the research of technology outside Pega that helps drive
roadmap and strategy**Enablement and collateral development**+
Liaise with the Sales, Service, Support, Marketing, Product
Development departments and help successfully complete all steps of
the process in taking a products to market**Who You Are:**You are a
Product Manager who is passionate about analytical software, the
efficiencies of call centers and back offices, has a critical eye
for detail, and is obsessed about driving 'consumer grade'
experiences - regardless of the persona you are building for. For
you, 'good enough' isn't good enough!+ You have some domain
expertise in big data and/or analytics+ Empathetic and passionate
about your products and customers/end-users+ Looking to work within
a culture that values urgency and teamwork in a collegiate and
supportive environment+ An effective communicator who is organized,
articulate, confident, and polished in front of customers and
decision makers+ Able to slice large features and functionalities
into bite-sized chunks to get them built and delivered
incrementally to our customers without losing momentum.+ Have a
strong appetite to get their hands dirty in the product+ Very
strong analytical skills who can think through optimal/configurable
customer experiences**What You've Accomplished:**+ 5-8+ years of
Product Management experience focused on analytics, call center,
back office, or related product+ Agile/Scrum development
methodology knowledge/experience (as a Product Owner)+ Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science or similar field+ Demonstrated success
defining, launching, and managing high quality 'customer-grade'
applications+ Experience in managing remote development teams and
