Here, you'll work across teams to deliver impactful projects that are changing the way people communicate and enjoy opportunities to advance your career in a diverse, inclusive environment.About the TeamAs a Contact Center Integrations Product Manager, you will create our integration strategy, engage with our partners and our customers to understand their requirements, work with other Product Managers to build supporting APIs and bring world class integrations for Zoom Contact Center.About the Role+ Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization+ Have a clear understanding of the contact center landscape, the different technologies and the key players.+ Drive technical partnership and integration with 3rd party (ISV) applications.+ Formulate and evangelize our integration strategy to internal and external stakeholders+ Work with cross functional teams to ensure support for your integrations across the platform and partner ecosystem+ Understand technical dependencies for the integrations you lead and bring disparate stakeholders together to launch your integrations+ Help manage internal and external engineering resources to ensure on-time completion of projects.+ Work closely with Zoom's Platform and Marketplace team to design and influence partner integration flows on the front end and back end.+ Design ways to integrate road-mapped features into existing partner and customer instances.+ Use data to make good decisions when confronted by ambiguity. Analyze API KPI's to identify, size and prioritize areas for improvement.
