The role

We are continuing to expand our commercial organization and we are looking to add an ambitious, data-driven Marketing Manager who can lead marketing campaigns, and bring people together to deliver programs that exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint. As a Marketing Manager at CST, you will be responsible for working with product marketing, creative services, regional marketing, and sales to develop and implement global promotional plans, which generate repeatable, predictable, and sustainable results. Reporting to the Senior Director, MarComm & Martechs, you will have customer engagement and lead-generating metrics and accountabilities. You'll have the opportunity to...

• Partner with product marketing, digital ops, creative services, strategic marketing, marketing ops, brand marketing to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns that result in sales-ready opportunities, accelerating opportunity velocity and maximizing ROI
• Work with the latest in marketing technology tools
• Own the customer engagement metrics for your assigned campaigns
• Manage social media and Google Ads for your campaigns both paid & organic
• Track meaningful KPIs - use data to direct improvements
• Manage relationships with external agencies
• Build strong relationships with KOLs in the life science industry for customer engagement marketing, events, and customer testimonials

  • You have a solid understanding and awareness of the BioPharma Industry and how to market to researchers within the life sciences industry
  • You are a master of marketing automation functions within Salesforce and have a working knowledge of automation software
  • You possess a strong sense of urgency, a natural curiosity, exceptional attention to detail, exceptional writing and content development skills, and a commitment to following through
  • You have a deep understanding and experience of optimizing marketing channel / promotional mix to meet growth objectives
  • You have a solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, website usability, etc
  • You are comfortable working remotely as part of a team with a high level of autonomy and can effectively manage your workload based on the organization's priorities
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a life sciences company, with at least a year of experience with digital marketing
  • You pride yourself on being a strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
