Our employees are entrepreneurs who have a strong bias for driving bold action and trust each other to compete and win as a team. -Business Job Title: Key Account Manager-EcommerceJob Summary: The Key Account Manager for Ecommerce is responsible to deliver an exceptional customer experience for those customers in our ecommerce channel. S/he will directly manage several critical accounts, responsible to drive sales and improve the online buying experience.Job Responsibilities:

  • Retain and develop existing portfolio of customers.
  • Achieve all targets established by manager including revenue and profitability goals.
  • Participate in establishing segment budgets and sales plans.
  • Establish strategic plans for each major customer and ensure effective measurement tools exist to monitor and report on progress.
  • Represent customer within our organization as their voice, acting as liaison on project teams.
  • Evaluate the market position of competing products/companies, identify product/market gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide leadership and direction prioritizing needs for the customers.
  • Ensure pricing, programs and promotional efforts are properly planned, authorized, and communicated within both organizations.
  • Effectively manage rep agency assisting in customer management activities.
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance
  • Effectively manage the online marketplace and positioning of our brand online
  • Work with the Go-to-Market team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve Ecommerce KPI'sJob Requirements:
    • 1-2+ years previous experience in direct sales role or commensurate activities with product knowledge for internal candidates.
    • Ability to manage time and accommodate flexible schedule requirements.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communicatons or similar field
    • Commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Prior experience in Marketing or Account Management roles, Ecommerce preferred, but not required
    • Confidence -developing and overseeing -retail and -eCommerce-focused -digital strategies.
    • Confidence in -online traffic analysis, -reporting tools -and optimization.
    • Strong Microsoft Office and/or IOS tool suite(s)
    • Organizational Skills - planning, preparation and follow-up are fundamental elements; as is highly motivated and competitive mindset.
    • Communication Skills - ability to communicate effectively & build strong relationships both with customer and cross functionally.
    • Mindset - Ability to have professional yet firm matter of fact conversations with customers while keeping a positive and progressive approach.
    • Analytical Skills - confidence with information analyses and solution-based problem solving.
    • Selling Skills - excellent presentation skill set in individual and group settings; developed negotiation skills including tact and diplomacy.
