Job Summary
The Innovation Excellence Change Management Operations and Adoption
Lead supports adoption of standardized processes and tools, and
significantly supports a global culture of quality and continuous
improvement. Responsibilities include multiple change management
plans for various Innovation Excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities include coordination of training programs for
quality and continuous improvement tools and performance metrics to
evolve strategies. Acts in capacity of a "lead person without
direct responsibility for the people to whom they provide work
direction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop change plans aligned with quality management system
objectives to help establish a company-wide quality and continuous
improvement culture.
Coordination of Innovation Excellence Training: Tool Series, Yellow
Belt, and Green Belt, Lean Champions, and Quality Management System
tools. Develops, maintains, and implements master training
plan.
Lead and coordinate the communications planning process for key
Innovation Excellence programs, processes, and initiatives
(involving multiple stakeholders across a variety of teams). Craft
effective messaging for multiple communication channels and
company-wide stakeholders at all levels (BV Connect / SharePoint,
Yammer, Sway, events, etc.)
Create ongoing feedback channels to measure effectiveness of
communication campaigns. Analyze feedback and metrics to recommend
and implement continuous improvements to communication
strategies.
Management of Innovation Excellence metrics performance reporting
to monitor impacts and effects of implemented improvements as well
as change management initiatives, including organizational culture
surveys.
Develop and facilitate Quality and Innovation Excellence
recognition programs.
Advisor resource to Process Owners for process owner change
management responsibilities associated with process adoption and
implementation.
Participates in identification and assessment of potential
Innovation Excellence opportunities to apply continuous improvement
models.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Leadership, Change Management, or Organization
Effectiveness
Organizational Change Management certification/ experience
7+ years experience in change management and/or communications
supporting business strategies
5+ years project management experience with demonstrated skill at
managing multiple deliverables for a variety of projects in a
fast-paced environment
Experience leading Six Sigma/LEAN
Knowledgeable of EPC and Services projects and supporting
functions
Preferred Competencies
Experience with change management facilitation, negotiation, and
conflict management
Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail
Creative skills, including concept generation and visual
representation of complex ideas
Ability to build a strong network and relationships at all levels
of the organization
Talented in identifying and communicating metrics and trends
Familiar with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Resilient and resourceful
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Communications / Marketing or Organizational
Development
Demonstrated experience and ability to drive change
Experience consulting with others on change management and
alternative communication approaches including the ability to
evaluate strengths and weaknesses of alternate options based on
stakeholder requirements
Familiarity with a broad range of communications technologies,
channels and monitoring tools
Experience participating on continuous improvement teams
