Position SummaryThe Executive Director, Sales & Account
Management role will be responsible for all Specialty retention and
open enrollment results and will play a significant role in helping
us achieve our growth objectives. --- Solve for optimizing
reenrollment and cross sales--- Managing higher level stewardship
and customer relationship--- Maintain strategic mindset and
direction to achieve enterprise goals--- Establish and maintain
marketplace/consultant credibility with both leadership and
internal teams--- Have Voluntary Product Expertise--- Rescope DVV
Account Manager and Account Directors role for all segments ---
Design compensations plans to pay for results including
re-enrollmentRequired Qualifications--- 10+ years of related
industry experience.--- Vertical and commercial business sales
competency.--- Communicates well with all levels within the
department and the company.--- Demonstrates leadership.---
