Client Process Agility to join our Digital Nexus
organization.Responsibilities:Organize the development of
actionable strategies align with firm prioritiesMonitor risks,
issues and overall health of the program and project portfolio,
escalating projects at risk to the sponsors and IT leadership to
raise awareness and provide recommendations to resolve
issuesOperate as a key advisor to clients and proactively initiate
ideas to significantly improve client service; drive and manage
progress of shared assignments/projects for large scale projects,
processes or programsProvide leadership and direction to remove
obstacles and ensure project managers have all the tools and
guidance to successfully execute on programs and projects Ensure
projects are delivered according to business expectations; work
with architects, delivery and operations to understand internal
changes (such as upgrades to infrastructure, technology refreshes,
internal projects and others) that need to be prioritized and
scheduled in the change planInteract regularly with delivery
partners and/or department leaders; proactively initiate ideas to
improve client service for a specific work product within a
department; contribute to department or group objectives, strategy
and priorities; set tactical plan for execution of strategic
objectivesQualifications:Minimum twelve years recent experience
advanced project management skills with experience in organizing,
planning and executing multiple large-scale projects and programs
from definition through implementationBachelor's degree from an
accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited
college/university is preferred; -PMP certification is
preferredExperience managing multi-phase, multi-track projects
spanning nine to twenty-four months in durationComprehensive
knowledge of full lifecycle project management, software
development, package implementations, infrastructure deployment
methodologies, IT transformation projects and industry best
practicesAbility to make decisions of very high complexity, often
autonomouslyOutstanding verbal/written communication,
collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills to lead an
environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to
direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the
organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
across multiple functions; ensure execution of strategic
initiatives for the organization; ability to address emerging
opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to
