This role will support a recent Dental acquisition within Specialty
that has over $1B in annual revenue, and will combine month-end
close support with analytics to ensure financial accuracy &
compliance. -Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of various special projects & initiatives for senior
management, including building models of financial & operational
metric performance, contract changes, system upgrades and
migrations
- MCNA has many critical contracts with state and other
government agencies. Role is critical to ensuring we comply with
any and all regulations
- Ensuring contractual compliance for customers; Commercial as
well as Medicaid/Medicare
- Many contracts have profit-share or MLR agreements that are
monitored continuously throughout the year
- Collaboration with other cross-functional areas, including
Legal, Operations and IT, to proactively monitor business
performance
- Monitoring customers' claims experience and performance
- Reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations,
profit-share calculations and various analytics prepared by the
accounting staff
- Supporting audit, compliance and regulatory requirements for
acquired business by reviewing analytics from the GL, sub-ledgers
or other data repositories
- Helping manage and develop staff members and onboard new
talent. -Set goals, delegate tasks, track performance and provide

Qualifications:
- 6+ years in accounting or finance
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Qualifcations:
- CPA, MBA or Public Accounting experience
- Experience with Medicaid contracts
- SQL or SAS experience or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, driven employee to proactively research
accounting and contractual issues for one of our largest UHC
acquisitions (Managed Care of North America)
- Collaborative & able to work with multiple cross-functional

Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $90,500 to
$161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited
to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
