Job DescriptionThe Operational Reporting and Analytics team within MEU is responsible for operational measurement and analysis for all Care Management programs. This position will act as the analytic lead for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks, providing support of business objectives. This position is responsible for program reporting by understanding business requirements, program data sources and coding. Collaboration with Program Design, Operations, Quality Management and Business Partners is a key function of this position. Furthermore, it will support efforts to drive continuous improvement. To be successful in this assignment, the candidate should have demonstrated skills in documenting detailed business/reporting requirements, data gathering, interpretation, analysis and presentation. Strong knowledge of Office 365 with emphasis on Power BI development is required. Advanced knowledge of QuickBase development is a plus. Excellent understanding of the care management programs, attention to detail and delivering accurate requirements on time is essential. Knowledge of Aetna and MedCompass data stores is a plus. The candidate should have a strong passion for data integrity with an eye for detail, but also be in tune with the big picture. This individual should understand the audience and their associated work processes to be able to effectively turn business requirements into meaningful information.
