You enjoy working with partners and clients. This position will report to the Director of Operations.**You will:**+ Collaborate professionally with internal and external legal, sales representatives and potential customers to gather critical information and documents timely.+ Negotiate Capital Markets Master Assignment Agreement, review of third-party transactional documentation and support the entire process flow.+ Manage and monitor the Small Business Lending team transactions: documentation review, funding checklist, wire release to post funding items.+ Establish a comprehensive/accurate document process to ensure proper documentation and collateral position perfection as a prelude to closing and funding for various business and asset types.+ Investigate corporate organization(s) and associated standing, to identify and assure the proper authorization to indebt the entity.+ Evaluate current processes and procedures to make productivity enhancements.+ Prepare accurate legal commercial lease and loan documents, including all underwriting conditions precedent and covenants as outlined by approving officer(s).+ Investigate, analyze, and ensure senior security positions are enforceable for various types of equipment, including UCC filings, landlord waivers, and vehicle titles.+ Assure that proper property, casualty, and liability insurance is placed on equipment at origination.+ Ensure that all lease and loan documents are accurately executed prior to timely funding including sales and property tax treatment.+ Properly search and perfect senior positions in collateral taken through proper filing of UCC-1 filings, vehicle titles and liens, and other methods of security.+ Interact professionally with internal and external auditors/regulators as needed for lease and loan reviews.+ Participate in weekly status meeting with Senior Management team.+ Maintain current Standard Operating Procedures+ Work extensively in a team environment to allow for cross functional training**Your background:**As a Lease and Loan Documentation Manager, you have:+ A Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications and 3+ years of direct lease documentation experience. Commensurate experience of 8+ years can be used in place of a degree and 3+ years of experience.+ 2 or more years of experience in commercial lease or loan documentation experience with an average deal size of at least $200,000, including experience with UCC-1 searches and filings, vehicle titles and commercial insurance binders.+ Strong understanding of the various types of corporate structures and related governance structures is essential.
