Charter Oak Health Center is seeking employment of an EVP/ Chief Human Resources Office who is eager to work in a diverse environment. -This person must believe in the mission and vision of Charter Oak Health Center, as well as being a team player. Position Summary: The EVP/Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO )assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on the Human Resources aspects of operations for the health center and specifically ensures processes are in place to meet strategic goals and the mission of the organization. The CHRO reports directly to the CEO and leads strategic planning in order to anticipate changes and initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency and cost effectiveness. The CHRO is responsible for strategically providing ways to increase employee morale; being accountable for all HR activities, overseeing administration and clinical needs, implementing training and career development, improving recruitment and retention efforts. Must have the ability to strategically plan human resources strategies in support of organizational goals. Professional Experience/Educational Requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Completion of a master's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to seven years of management experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in a federally qualified health center or other non-profit organization, preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable.
