Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The -UM Modernization Program Director will work across several internal capabilities as the central resource to coordinate with the operations and technical teams on the OCM project. This position will work collaboratively to ensure project milestones are delivered and deadlines are met while keeping senior leaders informed of the progress. The ability to communicate effectively, build productive working relationships, while hitting key deliverables is critical to the success of this role. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain program level frameworks, models, and processes, such as IRAAD, Change Process, SharePoint
  • Create and maintain program level critical artifacts such as vison, charter, org charts, sharable program walking deck, communications, program level process flows
  • Maintain program level tracking mechanisms such as the capability progress tracker
  • Develop, own, and drive the AHA intake model, triage, governance, decisioning and disposition process
  • Develop and maintain sharable release roadmaps by capability, release, and calendar timeframes
  • Develop and maintain program assets used for executive report outs
  • Support executive report outs as needed
  • Create overall program structure with clear roles and responsibilities at all levels
  • Support the product development process and cascade updates to stakeholders
  • Report progress to delivery and related impacts to timeline milestones and forecast
  • Report operational implications and risks to appropriate governance forums for review
  • Collaborate with peers to prioritize capabilities based on vision and scope

    • Bachelor's in business, health care or related field
    • 5+ years of extensive program management experience
    • 5+ years of experience in leading complex, strategic projects
    • 3+ years of experience in product development and ability to drive product strategy within the healthcare domain
    • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to align people related strategies and recommendations with business objectives
    • Experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value
    • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
    • Self-motivated, value-oriented with a mindset of continuous learning
    • Proven ability to effect change and meet business goals, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when necessary
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Snagit Preferred Qualifications:
      • PMP Certification
      • Agile Certification
